Dr. Hristina Georgieva Was Nominated in Two Categories of the National Justice Awards 2024: "Case of the Year" and "Justice Abroad"
On the 29th of November 2024 the National Justice Awards were held, which are organized for the twelfth year in a row by the Balkan Media Association, with the support and assistance of the International Bar Union, the Bar Associations from all over the country, the Chamber of Notaries, the Bulgarian Judges' Association, the Professional Association of Mediators, the Association of Women Lawyers, Association of receivers in Bulgaria.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva received nominations in the categories: "Case of the Year" and "Justice Abroad".
High – level evaluation of the work of Dr. Hristina Georgieva in the field of Copyright Law and EU law was given by a jury composed of: judge Mariyana Kancheva from the General Court of the European Union, Prof. Dr. Ognyan Gerdzhikov, Prof. Dr. Atanas Semov, BAS corresponding member and a holder of the Jean Monnet Chair of the EU and lawyer Vladimir Donchev.

held at the University of Galway, Ireland
At the invitation of Prof. Geraint Howells - Dean of the College of Business, Politics and Law at the University of Galway, Dr. Hristina Georgieva was a guest speaker at the conference "Game changers: The Business of Games - A Legal Perspective", held on 16.10.2024 in Galway, Ireland.
The conference brought together internationally recognized video game creators, intellectual property law educators and legal practitioners.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva introduced the attendees to the tax and financial incentives for game development in Bulgaria, making a comparative analysis between them and those applied in other countries where the gaming industry is highly developed.

От 1 септември 2025 г. салоните за маникюр в целия Европейски съюз трябва незабавно да преустановят използването и продажбата на продукти, съдържащи TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide), съдържащ се в UV гел лакове и продукти, както и хибридни лакове за нокти!
На 12 май 2025 г. Европейската комисия прие т.нар. "7-ма CMR Omnibus Regulation", с която 22 вещества бяха добавени към списъка със забранени съставки в козметични продукти, включително и TPO. (В рамките на Регламент (ЕО) № 1223/2009 относно козметичните продукти, Европейската комисия редовно актуализира списъка със забранени и ограничени вещества.)
От 1 септември 2025 г. салоните за маникюр в целия Европейски съюз трябва незабавно да преустановят използването и продажбата на продукти, съдържащи TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide), съдържащ се в UV гел лакове и продукти, както и хибридни лакове за нокти!
Така от 1 септември 2025 г продукти, съдържащи TPO, не могат да се продават или пускат на пазара в ЕС !
Няма преходен (гратисен) период - дори за професионална употреба !
Не е позволено доизразходване на наличности след 1 септември!
Няма изключения !
