Hristina Georgieva, PhD, attorney at law
Dr. Hristina Georgieva has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of National and World Economy (2009), where she also acquired a professional qualification in Banking (2009), and in 2020 - a Doctor's Degree in Law, specializing in Invention, Copyright and Patent Law.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva was a teaching assistant at the UNWE in Commercial Law (2016), Basics of Law - a course taught in English (2017), and Intellectual Property Law (2019). Shе currently teaches a course in "EU Decision-Making Mechanisms" at the Department of National and Regional Security at UNWE.
Since 2020 Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a member of the European Law Institute (ELI) and since 2023 - a member of the Council of ELI, she is also a lecturer at the Summer Academy on European and Comparative Private Law, which is held annually by the Academy of European Private Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Salzburg, Austria and over 30 leading universities from all over the world.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva has more than of 35 academic papers, published in Bulgarian and English language.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva has participated in programs and carried out doctoral and research mobilizations at the Law Faculties of the Universities of Grenoble (France), Salzburg (Austria), Zagreb (Croatia), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Munich (Germany), Perugia (Italy), Thessaloniki (Greece), and Harvard University (USA). She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Since 2023, Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a sworn translator with English, registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Attorney at law at the Sofia Bar Association since year 2015.

Stefan Stefanov is a graduate of the 164th Miguel de Cervantes High School of Spanish Studies (2016) and holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (2022).
Stefan has over 8 years of experience in civil enforcement proceedings, having worked at the office of one of the largest private enforcement agents in the country. Subsequently, he served as a legal advisor for a non-banking financial institution specializing in debt acquisition, management, and collection, which holds a leading position in the sector.
Due to the nature of his legal experience, Stefan Stefanov possesses extensive expertise in enforcement procedures, protection against unlawful enforcement, research, imposition, and removal of encumbrances on real estate, as well as comprehensive representation in enforcement proceedings.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Adelina Lakova began her professional career at the “Dr. Hristina Georgieva” Law Office and is our technical assistant for a second consecutive year. Adelina Lakova has been expressing a keen interest in Law and the legal profession from a young age. She is a graduate of 32. SWICHE "St. Kliment Ohriski", studying in parallel English and French language, actively participates in debating activities.
In 2023, Adelina won first place and a gold medal at the 16th National Olympiad in Civic Education, with his project entitled: "Respect for institutions - a basic civic virtue". Adelina Lakova was awarded by Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova, Mayor of Sofia city, for her participation in the initiative "B as Future, not as Garbage", year 2023. She participated in a cultural exchange under the Erasmus+ program in Cyprus during year 2023.
