Dr. Hristina Georgieva has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of National and World Economy (2009), where she also acquired a professional qualification in Banking (2009), and in 2020 - a Doctor's Degree in Law, specializing in Invention, Copyright and Patent Law.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva was a teaching assistant at the UNWE in Commercial Law (2016), Basics of Law - a course taught in English (2017), and Intellectual Property Law (2019). Shе currently teaches a course in "EU Decision-Making Mechanisms" at the Department of National and Regional Security at UNWE.
Since 2020 Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a member of the European Law Institute (ELI) and since 2023 - a member of the Council of ELI, she is also a lecturer at the Summer Academy on European and Comparative Private Law, which is held annually by the Academy of European Private Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Salzburg, Austria and over 30 leading universities from all over the world.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva is the author of book titled: Legal protection on video and electronic games as objects of IP law, and has more than of 35 academic papers, published in Bulgarian and English language.
Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a partner of Ministry of Culture in a project that made Bulgaria part of the European platform "Agoratheka" of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Dr. Hristina Georgieva has participated in programs and carried out doctoral and research mobilizations at the Law Faculties of the Universities of Grenoble (France), Salzburg (Austria), Zagreb (Croatia), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Munich (Germany), Perugia (Italy), Thessaloniki (Greece), and Harvard University (USA).
She is fluent in English, uses Spanish and French language as well.
Since 2023, Dr. Hristina Georgieva is a sworn translator with English, registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Awarded with the following academic honours:
1. Nominated and awarded in two categories "Case of the Year" and "Justice Abroad" at the National Justice Awards 2024;
2. Winner in category „Political, Legal and/or Governmental Affairs” of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Bulgaria, JCI 2021.
3. Awarded for high achievements in education and personal development in national competition "Doctoral student of the year", 2020, of the National Representation of Student Councils.

Attorney – at - Law Diana Dimitrova holds a Master of Laws from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association since August 2014, a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney since 2015, an Industrial Property Representative before the Bulgarian Patent Office (2015), an Independent Appraiser of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights and Other Factual Relations (2017);
Diana Dimitrova has experience in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. She practices procedural representation before the Bulgarian courts and the Court of Justice of the EU.
In 2019, Diana Dimitrova received an award in category "Justice Abroad" at the Bulgarian National Justice Awards 2019. The award was received for the successful representation of the intervener in cases T-384/17 and Т-328/17 before the European General Court.

Attorney Kiril Stanchev holds a Master of Laws from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 1999. He is an established professional with over 25 years of experience in legal representation and defense in criminal cases of a general and private nature.
Additionally, Kiril Stanchev specializes and develops in the following areas:
- Proceedings under the Domestic Violence Protection Act;

Adelina Lakova is a Law student at the Faculty of Law of the University of National and World Economy.
She is a participant in project BG05SFPR001-3.002-0001, "FROM HIGHER EDUCATION TO EMPLOYMENT" through participation in a student internship (240 hours) in a real work environment, implemented at "Stolichen Autotranslatov" EAD - a training organization
In 2023, she won first place and a gold medal at the 16th National Civic Education Olympiad, with her project on the topic: "Respect for institutions - a basic civic virtue".
Participant in a cultural exchange under the Erasmus+ program in Cyprus in 2023.
Adelina Lakova was awarded by Ms. Yordanka Fandakova, former Mayor of Sofia, for her participation in the initiative "B as future, not as trash", 2023.
